The best book I've ever read, well lets see...
I think that the best book I've ever read was either Percy Jackson, the lightning thief, or Harry potter and the Half blood prince.
I would rather write a book than read it but those are two of my favored books.

The best book I've ever read is more of a series...and there's two. Anyways, my answers would have to be the Blood Lad series and the Azu Manga Daioh series.
I love Bloodlad because of the references, jokes, and the action in the series. The characters and settings are also interesting, being that it focuses on a vampire gang leader in hell who tries to resurrect a human girl who died. It's also the first book series I bought.
I love Azu Manga Daioh for, once again, the jokes. It's the first book that made me laugh from the absurd things that characters would do and the fact that I was able to imagine the characters in movement, adding onto the comedy. The characters are also great and I end up comparing myself to a few of the characters since they're so relate-able. since it takes place in a normal school setting, things are easy to grasp for quick reading.

The best book I've read so far has been " The Fault In Our Stars. It is one of the few books that I've read twice. The first time I read it I was actually surprised by the ending and wasn't expecting that. I liked how the book was able to make me get emotional over fictional characters.

My favorite book is probably 'Winger'. I don't really read books about sports, but this book makes them seem interesting. The mix of actual sports as well as story makes the book better then others. The book is also hilarious, with added illustrations within points of the book to add to the quality of the book. Winger is just a good book to read if you've got nothing better to do.

There is a LOT of good books that I have read, but if I had to chose, I would say The White Rabbit Chronicles are my favorite, the first book in particular. Why I like it so much? The book is about a strong willed teenage girl who loses everything and has to move to her grandparents house. That's where she finds out she has bad ass zombie killing abilities and gets dragged into a gang full of kids with the same abilities. As she finds out the whole town is infested with zombies, she learns to defend herself and kill zombies. It's awesome.

I’ve read too many books to have a favorite so I don’t have one. I do have a favorite author though, Rick Riordan writes so vividly that anything he writes automatically becomes my favorite. One of the earliest books I remember reading was Sammy Keyes and The Hollywood Mummy, that book will always have sentimental value to me.

Wasn't sure if you wanted the link above or here so I'll just do both. http://avilathompson.weebly.com/book-blog/three-dark-crowns

As for the best book I've ever read......
Well to start I've always hated this question. I mean come on! EVERY BOOK YOU READ SHOULD BE AMAZING! HELLO THAT'S WHY YOU PICKED IT! But if I had to pick it would be a heated competition between The School for Good and Evil (SGE), and Three Dark Crowns (3DC).
Reasoning:
SGE ~ Every year 2 children are kidnapped from a village. There was never a true pattern except that one was a beautiful good child. One every parent wanted as their own; and the other an outcast at birth, the kind of child that is unapproachable. This year best friends Sophie and Agatha are taken and a brought to the fabled school for good and evil. But once they arrive they find their fortunes reversed. Sophie, the girl obsessed with pink dresses, beauty and devotion to good deeds is dumped in the school for evil. While Agatha, the girl always found in baggy black, with her wicked pet cat, and really the dislike of everyone is dumped at the school for good. The epic tale tells their story through this school, where the only way out is a fairy tale! And hey, how wouldn't wanna read about the school were your fairytale heroes are born?!
3DC ~ (since you have read it I won't elaborate much) The tale of the island of Fennbirn. where every generation a set of triplets is born to the royal family. And when they come of age they must fight to the death for the right to the crown. This novel has every twist and turn I could dream of for a fantasy. I loved it and I was dying to read book 2.
Sorry for any errors!

Avi,

I've been wanting to read 3DC since I saw it on the booklist, and I've always been a lover for fantasy. What kind of fantasy is this? Is this a magic powers kind of book or more mellow on the fantasy?

I read three dark crowns and loved it. It is more of a mix between a fantasy, magic ,young adult book. It is a good book and is really good, the ending I love and can't wait to read one dark throne.

Dear Avi,
I can definitely relate, ALL books you read are amazing. Every book has something different that love. Is 3DC more of a fantasy book or mystery.

My favorite book series of all time has to be the Loriegn Legacies series (I am Number Four). I mainly liked it because there were many main characters, each with a widely different personality. If you didn't like one character, there's bound to be one that will be your favorite. I also like it because the battle scenes are always different. The setting has been different non-stop, and it altered between being a search and rescue, a recon mission, a sneaky mission, fortified defense mission, and so on and so forth. The wide array of character deaths also makes you think who's next, which is very well portrayed by the foreshadowing. All in all, the book has a lot of elements I look for in a book!

The best book I have ever read is called Kill me if you can, By James Patterson and Marshall Karp. The story is about an art student named in New York City. During an attack on Grand Central, Matthew, the art student finds a bag filled with diamonds. He takes them and runs. The story develops by him going to Europe trying to sell his diamonds. The largest reason I love this book is because it has the biggest plot twist I have ever read. A close 2nd place would be the book Trust No One by Greg Hurwitz. The reason I like that book is because the plot of the story is quite complex. I love books that make you think in order to understand everything

The best book I've ever read is "Down the Mysterly River" (yes, it is spelled Mysterly, not Mystery in the title, it's not a typo) by Bill Willing am, without a doubt. A think a lot of my love for the book is because at the time, which was second grade, I had never read anything like it. It was only about 320 pages, which to be fair is above the capacity of most second graders, but I was a little a head of the game you could say. Even then, the book was probably aimed at kids roughly age ten, so I was extremely proud of myself. I don't want to spoil the plot of this mystery fantasy, but I will say the plot twists are just brilliantly executed. Even when I reread the hook last year, certain sections of the text still make my she'd a few tears, even though in expecting these things to happen. The book is filled with action and intrigue too. Considering my age upon my first reading, I only started to grasp the magnitude of some events in the tale recently. Bill Willingham hadn't exactly wrote a children's book before, so while the text size is what you'd expect from a book for nine or ten year old, the content often stills makes me cringe today. Overall though, this book is my favorite of all time. An odd pick, considering I'm not really a big fantasy reader, but it fills that quintessential favorite book from a young age role really well.

The best book I have ever read is actually a part of a series, the series is Percy Jackson and the Olympians. My favorite of the series is actually the second one which is called Percy Jackson and the Sea of Monsters. I really liked this book, well this series in general because each book has it's own quest and has more characters to it. I really like the movies that go to them too even though they don't make the movie exactly the same as the book.

SPOILERS FOR HARRY POTTER BOOK 3

This is an easy one, favorite book is Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban. It is such a good read, there is so many plot twists but still pull it off and do a good job. I personally like how J.K.Rowiling makes it seem like Lupin is actually working with the convict named Sirius Black but it turns out Sirius is actually innocent and the man that he Sirius was accused of killing is actually Ron's rat scabbers is actually is Peter Pettigrew who told Voldemort where the potters are hiding. For this Sirius went hunting Pettigrew and found him. Then Pettigrew framed Sirius for killing 13 muggles. Then Lupin turns into a werewolf and Sirius and turns into a big dog and fights the werewolf Lupin. Harry and Sirius ends up by a lake and dementors came and harry tries to fight them off and fails but a patronus gets casted saving his life but harry thinks this is his dad. Then Hermione uses her time turner and Harry and Hermione saves a hippogriff named Buckbeak from execution and Harry is the one who casted the patronus that saved Harry from the past and freed Sirius. This was a great book and so is the whole series. This book and series is a definite recommend to everyone.

I would have to say that my favorite book is in fact "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn". I know your probably thinking, haven't you read an amazing book before this assignment! The thing is "A Tree Grows in Brooklyn" make me so sad and depressed when I read the last words because I wanted the story to keep going. This book brings you through a story about life and this theme made me glued to the book. The characters have such complex personality's that are so amusing to read about and the last page gave me goosebumps!

From the few books I have read, the best one that I have read in my opinion would be Inkheart. The synopsis of this book captivated me and had me drawn to the Inkheart series in general. The way the characters communicate with each other throughout the entire narrative interested me, especially in important situations. I enjoy how the author uses this as a form of character development and it added to me enjoying the characters and their interesting personalities even more, especially Capricorn, the main antagonist of this story. Overall this book is told spot-on with great character development and a fascinating synopsis that I would recommend to anyone who is interested in fantasy.

The best book I have ever read in my life so far would have to be none because I don't particularly have a favorite book. I like a wide variety of books, mostly fiction because I get to use my imagination. I like when you can go in depth with the main character and see the world from their point of view; to think about what I would've done in their situation since the author has provided me with a view at the villain's side and the reader gets to learn the weaknesses.

I agree. I can never decide what book is my favorite, as I liked all the ones I read the same amount. I also like fiction books the most, but the reason is different. I enjoy fiction books because of the worlds and imagination.

The best book I have ever read would have to be the book, Because of Mr. Terupt. In setting of this book is winter. A big accident happens at school to a teacher and the students realize that they miss this teacher as he was very helpful to them in the year. I like this book because students really never realize how that teacher helps them until they don't have the help. I read the recently and it is still a good story with emotions.

The best book I've ever read was a book called "Eragon". The book is about a young pheasant named Eragon living in a distant land. He finds a dragon egg, one of the handful dragons left. The story follows Eragon, his dragon Saphira, and his mentor, who once was a legendary dragon rider. The book has a great universe with three whole other books in the series.

I honestly don't know. I've read so many good books, and it's impossible to choose from all of them. My favorite genre of books has to be fantasy/mystery, or any fiction book. All of them have their own story, and I've liked all the ones I finished the same amount because they each have their own imaginative world, and I enjoy every part of every book I read. I think I will never know what my favorite book is, because they are all so good!

Sometimes I feel like I have walked into the middle of a movie. Maybe I can make my own movie. The film will be the story of my life. No, not my life, but of this experience. I'll call it what the lady who is the prosecutor called me. Monster

The best book i have read is the Harry Potter Series
I enjoyed the 1st book because i just give intro into the magical wide world of wizardry and magic.
I enjoyed the 2nt book because it shows Harry going on a adventure and saveing the girl he will soon love
The 3rd book is great because you build a bond with sirius
The 4th book is my favorite because it is so elaborate and descriptive
The 5th book is good because it adds a depth and rebellion to the ministry and kills sirius :(
The 6th book is the start of the rebellion by snape and the others snape kills Dumbledore :(
The 7th book is my 2nt favorite because of the awesome ending where Harry prevails and ends on a good note of Harry breaking the elder wand
